David Velazquez III died suddenly at the age of 31 on July 3, 2023.
He is survived by his parents, Wayne and Rori Pratt, his siblings, Ariana, Hannah, Michael, and Sienna and his partner, Holly and their beautiful baby girl, Aria Elizabeth.
David brought much joy to his friends & family with his infectious laugh and great happy attitude. He will be missed by all that knew him.
