Donna K. Duchrow (Krummel) born July 10, 1942, deceased April 17, 2026
Donna was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI.
She worked at Briggs & Stratton and saved her money to own her own pizza parlor. She was married to Don Duchrow, the love of her life for 47 years. They moved to Lodi, WI and bought a house on Lake Wisconsin. She worked as a CNA at Maplewood, a Senior Living Facility in Sauk City, WI and did all the book-keeping for their business, Duchrow Motors in Prairie du Sac, WI.
Donna and Don moved to Hollywood, FL in 1981. Donna earned her degree as an LPN while working full time. She worked at Memorial Manor until she retired in 2004. After her nursing career, she fully enjoyed her retirement with Don.
Her retirement highlights included many family visits from the north, and making new friends in the south. Donna became the hostess with the mostest and enjoyed entertaining at their Florida home. She was the best cook and always had a great knack for decorating. As an avid shopper, she would always let Don know when there was a sale, and Don would say “good, buy two!” With her great eye for detail, not one nik-nak was out of place. She enjoyed watching her favorite cooking and reality shows, and keeping up with politics while cuddling up with her Yorkie, Lexi. She was a very caring and thoughtful person and would never miss a birthday.
Preceded in death by her Husband, Donald Duchrow, Father, Frank Krummel, Mother,Laura Krummel, Sister, Mary Faust, Brother, Terry Krummel, Step-son, MIchael Duchrow, Grandson, James Kohl.
