Gary Allen Nowak

Gary Allen Nowak, a dedicated real estate professional and beloved family member, passed away on September 24, 2025, in Lake Worth, Florida. He was 72 years old.

Born on September 18, 1953, in Buffalo, New York, Gary was the son of Albert and Helen Nowak. He built a successful career in real estate sales and brokerage, dedicating over three decades to helping clients find their homes and investments. His long-standing commitment to the field reflected his deep knowledge of the market and his unwavering work ethic.

Gary shared his life with his wife, Judy Davis. He was also a cherished part of a large and loving extended family. He is remembered by his brothers and their spouses: Albert (Cathy), Lawrence (Rosario), Alan (Maria), and Brian (Sina) Nowak; as well as his nieces: Andrea, Melissa, Jaclyn, Kirsten, Krystal, Kelly and nephews: David, Timothy, Lawrence Jr, Austin, and Bryan. Brother-in-laws and their spouses: Dick Beuter (Bonnie), Bob Beuter (deceased) (Sandy), Chuck Beuter (Judy). Gary also held a special place in the lives of his stepchildren: Nicole Davis, Lindsey Davis and her husband Amir, and stepson Chris Eberhart. He was a very loving grandfather to Carter and Logan.

Throughout his life, Gary remained closely connected to his roots while embracing new chapters with warmth and generosity. His presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
