Katherine Anne Merrill

Merrill, Katherine Anne, 88 of Ft. Lauderdale FL passed away unexpectedly on April 19, 2025 . Mrs. Merrill is survived by her daughters, Kathy ( Ed ) Nicholson of Lexington, SC, Fran (Dave) Huseman of Tampa, FL and Betsy (Rick) Donahue, Royal Palm Beach, FL. She was predeceased by her husband Charles in 2003 and daughter, Caroline, in 1964. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Born in Winfield, AL, she was raised in Birmingham, AL where she met and married Charles in 1956. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
